SEATED Upper Body Strength Exercises | Chair Exercises for Seniors and Beginners

Today is all about working the upper body to get stronger. We'll slow down to really feel the muscles working, and go through two sets to challenge the muscles in order to see progress. Doing upper body strength exercises is crucial to building and maintaining strength, especially for seniors. If you find the standing exercises too difficult, this I'm hoping these chair exercises will work for you. This workout can be done every second day to get the most benefits in a short period of time. Start with light weights and within a few weeks, you should be able to increase the amount of weight you are lifting to see more benefits.
