30 min comprehensive CHAIR WORKOUT for improved health
This all-in-one chair workout is created for seniors and beginners who want to work towards improved health. This workout includes cardio, strength, balance and stretching exercises to provide a comprehensive workout. This particular workout can easily be modified to be easy or quite challenging, depending on what you want to get out of the workout. Please use your judgment on when to modify exercises and when to pick up the pace. If you feel a move isn't good for you, please change the exercise to a move that is more suitable for you. The total step count going at the same pace as me is 994 steps. Keep in mind, if you were pushing yourself and running during the intervals, your step count will be much higher.
