I currently do not have any 'no-talking' beginner seated workouts. There are no-talking options on the 'intermediate' seated workout page. If you would like to see some no-talking options in the beginner level, please fill out the contact form on the home page and let me know what you would like to see offered. If I get enough requests, I will absolutely create them.
