Seated HIIT Workout
This seated hiit workout can work for almost anyone. You can cater the intervals to work at your level. During the fast intervals, you can choose to just pick up your pace a little bit or you can do a full-on run. It's totally up to you. That is the great thing about a seated hiit workout done at home. You choose the pace and make the workout work for YOU. Hiit stands for high intensity interval training. Now, don't let that scare you! It just means you are picking up the pace for a period of time and then slowing the pace down. Do as many rounds as you feel comfortable doing. Just be sure to come back for the cool-down and stretching.
I'll be talking during parts of the workout but during the intervals I'll have myself on mute so you can just listen to the music to get more motivation. I'll explain exercises again after the intervals.
I didn't put a step count in this video because the amount of steps will be different for everyone depending on whether you are walking fast or running. If this workout is too challenging, I have gentle seated workouts as well as beginner workouts available on my channel. Here are just a few:
