Improve your mood with this 3 minute breathing space and peaceful view
Life is busy and sometimes all we need, is to slow down for a few minutes and focus on our bodies and our breathing. Jennifer Innes will guide you through this simple 3 minute breathing space. After the breathing space, I have included another 2 1/2 minutes of the view along with the sounds of nature. Try this out every day for a week and see how you feel after the week.
Just to note, Jennifer Innes has allowed me to use her 3 minute breathing space. I wanted to have a relaxing, eye-pleasing view so I have included a video taken in cottage country in Ontario, Canada.
