This walk consists of a warm-up, walking at a faster pace for 20 seconds then doing another exercise at a slower pace for another 20 seconds. We go back and forth between exercises until we hit a full 20 minutes. Interval training is known to boost metabolism and burn more calories. These exercises are suitable for seniors and beginners. If you follow the steps in this video, the step count is 2100. The key to this class is for you to cater it to YOUR fitness level. You can walk or jog at whatever pace is best for YOU.
