2 Rounds TABATA Workout doable for Seniors and Absolute Beginners
This more gentle tabata workout has been created for seniors and absolute beginners who are looking for something a little bit different. All exercises are from a standing position (no floor exercises). This workout has lots of options for modifying it to make it easier or more challenging, depending on your fitness level (even doable for those who are currently sedentary). Listen to your body, do what YOU can do and take a break if you need to. As always, we'll do a warm-up and cool-down and finish with important stretching exercises.
