10000 STEPS WALKING WORKOUT | 10K Steps Challenge!

A new 10000 steps workout is here! This 80 minute, 10K steps workout will get in your daily step count all in one workout to challenge your endurance. I purposely avoided squats in this workout so we get in more steps throughout the workout (but if you want squats, you can easily add them in). Fast walking intervals are also thrown in to make the workout go by faster. If 10000 steps at once is too much, you can break the workout into two different workouts (do half in the morning, and the last half later in the day). LOW IMPACT WALKING WORKOUT | Walk at home | No talking, just walking | Day 5

Today's workout is our 40 minute long walking workout, day 5. We'll be doing different exercises, all low impact with no jumping for a total of 40 minutes. This is a walk at home exercise program which requires no equipment at all. This workout is part of a 7 day interval training program and is suitable for anyone who can currently walk for 30 minutes 4-6 times a week. If you are at that fitness level then you can start this program (suitable exercise for seniors, beginners, and people of all ages). Interval training is geared for burning calories and fat, building muscle, and getting past that plateau effect that so many people hit. Interval training uses brief bursts of high-intensity activity which provides the effects people are looking for...more results! The breakdown of each day: Day 1: 30 minute interval workout https://youtu.be/hm1b2t8Xk30 Day 2: 20 minute walk https://youtu.be/uPu89u_hrD0 Day 3: 30 minute interval workout https://youtu.be/hSwINBKZwk4 Day 4: Rest day or a gentle walk (there is no video) Day 5: 40 minute walking workout https://youtu.be/NcxJRhzgAjk Day 6: 20 minute walking workout https://youtu.be/SljeWuTl-aM Day 7: 20 minute walking workout https://youtu.be/DtY5iXVeW3I Ideally, you'll continue this workout for 4 weeks. When I did this workout 20 some odd years ago, I shed weight really quickly. I had about 20 pounds to lose and I lost it. Interval training is super effective if done properly. As with anything, your body will start to get used to the workout so I'll create a new program for weeks 5-8. It'll just be a bit more challenging which is what your body will need at that point. Please email me if you have any questions about the workouts. Always listen to your body and take an extra day off at any point if you really feel you need it. The last thing you want is injuries so definitely listen to your body and go at the pace that suits your body and your fitness level. If you enjoyed the workout, please subscribe and write a comment! WEIGHT LOSS WORKOUT | Interval workout to kickstart your metabolism! | Day 3 | No talking!

This is day 3 of a 7 day program. This interval training program is suitable for anyone who can currently walk for 30 minutes 4-6 times a week. If you are at that fitness level then you can start this program (suitable exercise for seniors, beginners, and people of all ages). Interval training uses brief bursts of high-intensity activity which provides the effects people are looking for...more results! This is a weight loss workout that kickstarts your metabolism. Today's workout is over 3500 steps. Best of all, no talking! For today, we'll be doing the same intervals as day 1 but with some different exercises. We'll walk at a regular pace for 10 minutes then go as fast as we can for 1 minute. The speed you go for the 1 minute needs to be geared to YOUR fitness level. It might be a fast walk, a slow jog or a run. It doesn't matter what you do as long as you are working out as hard as YOU can for the 1 minute. If you're just starting out, then just walk faster than your usual pace. I apologize for repeating this but you really need to cater the intervals to YOUR fitness level. If you are used to jogging, then during the 1 minute, go as fast as you can. After our first 1 minute fast walk/jog, we are going to go slower for 2 minutes. We'll complete 5 rounds of the 1 minute fast walk/2 minute regular walk and then finish with a 5 minute cool-down. We'll be doing different exercises, all low impact with no jumping and no equipment. This is a no talking, walk at home exercise program. Total steps today is 2403. You will see results from this program which will help you get to a better state of fitness. The main goal is to ensure you definitely do day 1 and 3 for the four weeks. If you want variety, change it up with doing other workouts for the 20 minute workout days. You can do any kind of workout as long it's around the 20 minute mark. For day 5, either do the 40 minute video I created or choose another 40 minute workout (walking, swimming, rowing, whatever inspires you!). The most important thing is to ensure you do the harder workouts from day 1 & 3. Also, do NOT be tempted to do the harder workouts more than twice a week. The program is created specifically to give your body time to recover. I'd love to hear from you! Wishing you improved health! 25 Min Walk at Home Workout | Walking workout using light weights to target arms | No talking!

Today is Day 6 of the 7 day program. This is a 25 minute walking workout which is part of an interval training program designed for weight loss. Ideally, workout each day in order of the 7 day schedule and continue for 4 weeks. This is SERIES 2 (hopefully you completed the first program for 4 weeks!). In today's workout, choose a light weight that you think you can manage throughout the 25 minutes. Ideally, a light weight such as 1 or 2 pounds. Using heavier weights is too much of a strain on the joints since the movements are quick. You can also follow the workout without weights if you wish. Walk at home in your own space and get a great workout without going to a gym! This is a no-talking workout (other than the little intro). This interval training program is suitable for anyone who can currently walk for 30 minutes 4-6 times a week. If you are at that fitness level then you can start this program (suitable exercise for seniors, beginners, and people of all ages). FAT LOSS WORKOUT | Low impact at home workout geared to help you lose weight

FAT LOSS WORKOUT | Low impact at home workout geared to help you lose weight

Today is our 2nd interval training day...day 3. This low impact, fat loss workout is great for completing at home and is geared to help you lose weight. Today we'll do various exercises at a regular pace to warm up for 10 minutes then we'll pick up the pace. We will go fast for 2.5 minutes then slow it down for 2.5 minutes. When I say 'fast', I want you to find the pace that works for YOU. The speed needs to be geared to YOUR fitness level. It might be a fast walk or a slow jog. Just remember we are going for 2.5 minutes which is a long time compared to our other interval training days. You will need to pace yourself today. If you're just starting out, then just walk faster than your usual pace. I apologize for repeating this but you really need to cater the intervals to YOUR fitness level. Go as fast as you can knowing you'll get a break after the 2.5 minutes. We'll slow it right down so you'll have time to recover before we do another set. We'll be completing 4 sets today. We'll finish with a 5 minute cool-down. This is SERIES 2, weeks 5-8 of the interval training program. Ideally, do the first series of 7 days for 4 weeks before starting this one. If you stick with the program, you will lose weight and will see results. Continue this second series of 7 days for 4 weeks. This interval training program is suitable for anyone who can currently walk for 30 minutes 4-6 times a week. If you are at that fitness level then you can start this program (suitable exercise for seniors, beginners, and people of all ages). This is SERIES 2, weeks 5-8 of the interval training program. Ideally, do the first series of 7 days for 4 weeks before starting this one. If you stick with the program, you will lose weight and will see results. Continue this second series of 7 days for 4 weeks. We'll do various exercises at a regular pace to warm up for 10 minutes then we'll pick up the pace. Today our 1 minute of recovery is half of what it was in the first series. Knowing that, please find the pace that suits you best for your 1 minute of fast walking/jogging. The speed you go for the fast 1 minute interval needs to be geared to YOUR fitness level. After our first 1 minute fast walk/jog, we are going to go slower for 1 minute. We'll complete 6 rounds of the 1 minute fast walk/1 minute regular walk and then finish with a 5 minute cool-down. How to Lose Weight FAST | Series 3 | No Talking Interval Training Workout | 3602 steps | Day 1

If you're wondering how to lose weight fast, interval training is the way to go. Often people do the same workouts at the same pace which doesn't give fast results. Today we are ramping up the pace a bit since we are now in series 3. If you are new here, please start with series 1 and 2 since each series we progress to a bit more of a challenging workout so you GET RESULTS. Today's workout for myself is a total of 3602 steps (your pace will determine how many steps you get in so this will definitely fluctuate depending on how fast you go). Who is this workout for? This interval training program is suitable for anyone who can currently walk for 30 minutes 4-6 times a week. If you are at that fitness level then you can start this program (suitable exercise for seniors, beginners, and people of all ages). Interval training is geared for burning calories and fat, building muscle, and getting past that plateau effect that so many people hit. Interval training uses brief bursts of high-intensity activity which provides the effects people are looking for...more results! Today's workout is our first interval training day in SERIES 3. We'll do various exercises at a regular pace to warm up for 10 minutes then we'll pick up the pace. Today we will go fast for 1 minute, slow it down for 1 minute and repeat that for 7 intervals. 20 min Abs Workout | Cardio geared to toning abs | Walk at Home | Improved Health

Today's workout is a shorter 20 minute abs workout. It's all cardio but the exercises are focused working and toning the abs. We'll start with a 5 minute warm-up then switch to 45 second intervals for abs and finish the last 15 seconds of each round with a walk. At the 16 minute mark we'll switch back to 30 second intervals for our cool-down. We'll finish off the workout with some simple stretches. The total step count for this workout is 2368 steps. 60 minute DANCE workout | At home workout | No talking, no jumping, no equipment | Low Impact

Get ready to sweat today! Today's workout is our 60 minute dance workout. We'll start with a 5 minute warm-up then do various exercises until we get to our cool-down. To make it easier to follow, I purposely did a different exercise interspersed with walking or a step touch to come back to each time. We'll finish with a cool-down and stretching. Please have a water bottle close by! The total step count for this workout is 7055 steps. During the workout, please keep in mind the steps are averaged out throughout the whole workout. You'll notice the steps don't seem accurate at times since the computer system averages the steps and doesn't know exactly how many steps I am doing but the final count is correct. The breakdown of each day: Day 1: Intervals: 1 minute fast and 1 minute slow x 7 Day 2: 25 minute cardio and strength workout Day 3: Intervals: 2.0 minutes fast and 1.5 minutes slow intervals x 4 Day 4: Stretching Day 5: 60 minute workout Day 6: 20 minute heart pumping strength workout Day 7: 20 minute workout Links for each day: Day 1: https://youtu.be/nPZBNIuvKJ8 Day 2: https://youtu.be/hjpgyI-8r8c Day 3: https://youtu.be/sIlTM_cVmfg Day 4: https://youtu.be/bQxlytOuXuU Day 5: https://youtu.be/qzZQ4Yt0kG4 Day 6: https://youtu.be/Zq0WNvTHpik Day 7: https://youtu.be/ME5fpRPY0oA If you enjoyed the workout, please subscribe and write a comment! See Quick Improvements in Your Fitness | Interval Training | Walk at Home | Cater the program to YOU

Today's workout is our second interval training day in SERIES 3. We'll do various exercises at a regular pace to warm up for 10 minutes then we'll pick up the pace. Today we will go fast for 2 minutes, slow it down for 1 1/2 minutes and repeat for 4 intervals. Please find the pace that suits you best for your 2 minutes of fast walking/jogging. The speed you go for the fast 2 minute interval needs to be geared to YOUR fitness level. Since we are now into series 3, you can really start to push yourself. Try to go as fast as you can (but also keeping in mind any past injuries, etc., and ensuring you do what is safe for YOU). Today's workout for myself is a total of 3859 steps (your pace will determine how many steps you get in so this will definitely fluctuate depending on how fast you go). Who is this workout for? HIIT Workout | Low Impact Workout for Shedding Weight and Advancing to that Next Level 💖

This HIIT workout is a low impact, fast walking workout continuing on from Series 3. We are upping the challenge by doing 10 sets of intervals today. We'll start with a 10 minute warm-up, go as fast as we can for 30 seconds and then slow it down for 60 seconds. After 10 rounds, we'll go into our cool-down and finish off with stretching. This workout is geared to help you with shedding weight and advancing to that next level in your fitness. This workout works for all levels. You just need to cater the fast interval to whatever works best for you. That might mean a fast walk, a slow jog or a full out run. Go at the fastest and safest pace for you and work as hard as you can. The 30 second bursts are short so you can push hard knowing you'll be onto the recovery period before we ramp it up again. Ideally, try to do interval training twice a week, strength training twice a week and on the other days choose whatever cardio you enjoy. I'll be putting out two optional interval workouts so you can choose which one you want to do each week. If you enjoyed the workout, please subscribe and write a comment! I'd love to hear from you!
