This is a similar program to what I facilitate with residents with dementia living in long term care homes/assisted living. No equipment is needed today. Since I have created this workout for persons with dementia in mind, I have decided to leave out extra distractions (no clock, no music and am talking in a calm, clear voice). If you wish to have music in the video, please play familiar music in the background (songs from the 50's and 60's or whatever music is enjoyed by the persons following along).
