The gentle seated workouts are created for seniors & beginners who want, or need to start slow. These workouts focus on range of motion, flexibility, improved posture, basic strength and overall heart-healthy exercises.
All of these workouts
is without equipment.
These workouts include either weights, balls or bands. It's always optional to use weights or not, but it is beneficial to use them when you can.
