How to Create a YouTube Workout Playlist with Your Favourite Exercise Videos

If you've ever wanted an easy way to save your favourite workouts and build your own exercise routine, YouTube playlists are one of the simplest tools you can use.
With so many beginner workouts, walking workouts, chair exercises, strength training workouts, and dance fitness videos available on my YouTube channel, creating a personalized workout playlist helps you stay organized, motivated, and consistent with your fitness journey.
One of the best parts of making a YouTube workout playlist is being able to save your favourite exercise videos in one place. When you find a workout that matches your fitness level, fits your schedule, and makes you feel good, you can simply add it to your playlist and come back to it anytime.
And just as importantly—you don’t need to do every workout. If a video isn’t your favourite, feels too challenging, or doesn’t match your current fitness level, that’s completely okay. Your fitness journey should feel enjoyable and supportive, not overwhelming. Just skip it and focus on the workouts that work best for you.
How to Create a YouTube Workout Playlist
Open any workout video on my YouTube channel.

Name your playlist (for example: "Walking Workouts for Weight Loss," "Chair Exercises for Seniors," or "My Weekly Home Workout Plan").
Choose whether your playlist is Public or Private.

As you discover more workouts you enjoy, you can keep building your playlist over time.
