The intermediate seated workouts are created for seniors & beginners who have a base fitness level and are ready for more of a challenge. These workouts will provide improvements in cardiovascular fitness, strength, balance and flexibility. The pace is faster than the beginner level seated workouts and incorporate more challenging moves with faster music.
