Hi! I’m Jules (Julie), and I’m so glad you’ve found my workouts and website. Welcome!
I’m a Recreation Therapist with over 25 years of experience—including more than 18 years working specifically with older adults. I’m also a certified Group Fitness and Senior Fitness Instructor, and I previously owned a personal training business. Helping people stay active, strong, and independent has always been at the heart of what I do.
When the pandemic began, I knew many people suddenly lost access to their gyms and community programs. I wanted to help fill that gap, so I started creating workout videos that people could safely follow from home—no matter their fitness level.

My goal is simple: to inspire and support you in becoming more active—and staying active.

If you’re just getting started, you’ll find a variety of gentle seated and standing workouts designed to ease you in safely. If you’re ready for a bit more of a challenge, there are beginner and intermediate options to help you continue building strength, mobility, and confidence.

Gentle exercise workouts are designed for anyone new to exercise, for those with mobility or various health issues, and for people returning to exercise after an injury or illness. These classes are safe, heart-healthy, and designed to be manageable for those who want a gentle exercise program. Just remember, a journey of a thousand miles begins with just one step.

If you find the gentle workouts are too easy, or you've gained strength and are ready to move up, the beginner level is the next step. Always remember to go at your own pace and do what works best for you.
